0 апреля 2008 года президент Азербайджанской Республики Ильхам Алиев подписал указ о выделении финансовой помощи на поддержку и развитие НПО.
Форум Азербайджанских Студентов Европы - организация молодых и перспективных лидеров, азербайджанцев по национальности, проживающих преимущественно в Европе.

О том, что указ является признанием деятельности этой организации, говорить не стоит. О том, что это огромная заслуга молодых лидеров, можно судить хотя бы потому, что история Азербайджана умалчивает о подобного рода дотациях со стороны государства организациям, декларирующим свою открытую независимость, политическую неангажированность и, наконец, право на мнение каждого отдельного участника в так называемом дискусе.

ФАСЕ состояла из небольшой группы пассионарных личностей, которые не претендовали на миссию защитников отечества за рубежом, не пытались создавать общества и сообщества, не делали себе рекламу на дешевых лозунгах, а считали для себя вполне естественным, будучи азербайджанцами, не только по рождению, но и по внутреннему состоянию, не только отстаивать интересы государства Азербайджан, потому что на это есть Посольства, Консульства, МИД и т.д., а также отставиать интересы своего народа на признание со стороны Европейской элиты, независимо от политической или экономической ситуации в стране.

The annual conference of the International Studies Association- Northeast (ISA-NE) will be held October 3-4, 2008 at the Holiday Inn Inner Harbor, Baltimore, MD.

ISA-NE invites paper and panel proposals on any subject related to international studies, broadly defined. Topics might include (but are not limited to) international relations theory, international law and organizations, foreign policy, globalization, human rights, international development, conflict resolution, military/strategic studies, the environment, feminist theory/gender studies, and international political economy. ISA-NE expressly welcomes research on critical constructivism, post-structuralism, and postmodernism and/or undertaken through these lenses.

SLOGAN OF THE FORUM: “RECONNECTING IDEAS FOR FUTURE”

Dates: 26-30 May, 2007
Location: Brussels

FASE is pleased to announce a 4-day networking initiative to be held in the period of 26-28 May
2008 in Brussels, Belgium.

The aims of the initiative are:
• to continue building social capital by creating a Network of Azerbaijanis studying in
Europe and connecting them to other Networks of Azerbaijani Alumni and Students in
Azerbaijan and other parts of the world.
• to promote awareness campaign to show that each person is capable of shaping his/her
future and future of its country; and that intellectual networking is crucial for creating,
designing and delivering social change and contributing to positive sustainable
development;
• to promote establishment of FASE branches and Mobile Groups in cities and Universities of
Europe
• to create opportunities for constructive dialogue between new generation of Azerbaijanis
with older generation and with intellectuals from all over the world, foundations, think tanks
and youth networks.
